COURSE DESCRIPTION- BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Business Administration exposes students to the nature of businesses in Nigeria and across the globe (e.g. sole proprietorship, partnership, cooperative societies, limited liability companies and public corporations) as well as the environmental variables that have impacts on their activities. It will also explore the legal frameworks that drive the formation, existence and sustainability of these businesses in Nigeria.
With the fact that the Nigerian State regulates the affairs of its societies, students will be exposed to various institutions and agencies of the government that regulate and control business activities. The concept of globalisation will also be explored, coupled with how businesses across the globe integrate to drive sustainable development and growth.
To this end, this course aims to enlighten students on the functional aspects of businesses, as well as equipping their knowledge on the functional aspect it.
